These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and MD88MY ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the MD88MY platform, including the website accessible at md88my.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").
MD88MY is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the entertainment of adult players. By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on the MD88MY Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
When creating your MD88MY Account, you are required to provide a username, a secure password, a valid email address, and a functioning Malaysian mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.
You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. MD88MY will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorised activity arising from your failure to keep your login information secure. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify MD88MY's support team immediately via live chat.
All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including falsification of age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any Account balance.
MD88MY reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of residential address, and evidence of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
All financial transactions on the MD88MY Platform are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:
Deposits made via e-wallet or FPX are typically credited to your Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. MD88MY does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges which are outside our control.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Real-money deposits that have not been used to claim a bonus are generally withdrawable without additional requirements. Estimated processing times are as follows:
Processing times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or where KYC verification is pending. MD88MY does not guarantee processing within these timeframes under all circumstances.
Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used to fund the Account. If the original payment method is no longer available, MD88MY may request alternative verification before processing to an alternate method.
MD88MY offers various promotional programmes to eligible registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and migration bonuses. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of each offer.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times ("turnover requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each promotion is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the expiry of the bonus and any associated winnings derived exclusively from that bonus.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. MD88MY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to coordinated multi-account wagering, arbitrage strategies, or collusion — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
Birthday bonuses are tiered by VIP membership level and are credited within 24 hours of the registered birthday date. VIP tier classification is determined by cumulative gameplay activity as assessed by MD88MY. Details of the current bonus tiers and associated amounts are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
The MD88MY referral programme allows eligible players to earn rewards by introducing new players to the Platform. Both the referring player and the newly registered player must satisfy all eligibility conditions. Referral rewards are credited once the referred player has completed a qualifying deposit and meets any applicable minimum activity threshold. There is no upper cap on the number of qualifying referrals a player may make.
All betting and gaming activity on the MD88MY Platform is governed by the specific game rules applicable to each product. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or sports market before placing a bet or wager.
Once placed and confirmed, a bet or wager is final and cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified by the User. MD88MY reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a market that was offered incorrectly, or placed in circumstances where a technical error affected the odds or market conditions.
Sports betting markets include Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Bundesliga, UFC, and various international competitions. In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets. Odds are updated in real time and are subject to change without notice prior to bet placement confirmation.
Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single bet. All selections must win for the bet to return a payout. Minimum and maximum mix parlay stake limits, as well as maximum payout caps, apply and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
If a disconnection occurs during an active game round due to network instability or device failure, the game will resume from its last recorded state upon reconnection. MD88MY cannot be held responsible for losses arising from connection failures outside of its infrastructure.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MD88MY Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
MD88MY employs monitoring systems to detect suspicious account activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, MD88MY may suspend the Account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and take such further action as it considers appropriate.

Unauthorised use of the MD88MY brand name, logo, trademarks, or Platform content — including on social media, third-party websites, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MD88MY and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit MD88MY's liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
MD88MY reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, MD88MY reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated, remaining real-money balances (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method following satisfactory KYC completion.

MD88MY reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your Account and return of any withdrawable balance.
The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shall constitute the current and binding version governing your use of the Platform.
